In order to clean and prepare for our next guest, our check out time is 12pm. However, we can keep your pooch for the remainder of the day (5:30pm weekdays, no late check out on Saturdays or bank holidays) subject to a reduced daycare charge of £15. 

We can take payment anytime before arrival, or in-person during check-in or check-out. As long as full payment is made by check-out. 

We accept card, bank transfer & cash. 

If paying via Bank Transfer, this must be done during check-out.   

Our online portal allows you to add & store credit/debit card information for ease of transaction (we debit payment automatically at check out, you don’t even need to have your card with you!)

We kindly ask that our guests are up-to-date with all vaccinations, Kennel Cough and flea/worming treatments. They will be refused service without this. We will need to see proof of vaccinations before or at check in.

If your dog is on a specific or required diet, please provide. 

For bitches who are in season (in heat), we will provide doggy pants for safeguarding and will do our upmost to prevent contact with intact dogs, but we must make you aware that we will not be held responsible for any unwanted pregnancy. 

All parents of guests MUST sign our general liability waiver & data policy!

You can do this through your pet parent portal or when you arrive in person. 

Unfortunately you will be refused service if this is not signed.

If you would like to know how to do this from your online portal, please get in touch and we can forward instructions. 

Please feel free to bring anything along for your dog to enjoy or to help comfort them, such as toys, blankets, bones etc etc

Although, please be aware that we can not guarantee they will be returned in the same condition (if at all)... sometimes we have naughty guests who like to tear up toys and bury bones!
