Our boarding check-in & check-out times are as follows:
Check-in:
Mon-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm
Saturday 9:30am-12pm
CLOSED SUNDAY
(Bank holidays hours are 9:30am-12pm only)
Check-out:
Mon-Friday 9:30am-12pm (late check out available up to 5:30pm)

LATE CHECKOUT (weekdays only)
In order clean out and prepare for our next guest, our check out time is 12pm every day. However, If you cannot check out by 12pm, we can keep your pooch up to 5:30pm (weekdays only, no late check out on weekends or bank holidays), subject to a reduced daycare charge of £15.
Our daycare is open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.
We don't open for daycare on weekends.

Once you are registered, you can then book daycare & boarding online, through our pet parent portal here, or we can book your fur baby in for you, just get in touch:

We kindly ask that our guests are fully up-to-date with all of their vaccinations (your vet will let you know which vaccinations are required), and also have an up-to-date kennel cough vaccine.
Vaccines should be administered at least 14 days before arrival. We will need to see documents of your dogs vaccinations before or at check-in.
We can take payment anytime before arrival, or in-person during check-in or check-out. As long as full payment is made by check-out.
We accept cash, card or bank transfer. You can also store card details on your Pawfinity profile, and we can debit the amount upon check-out. You can log in to your profile here.
If you would like to keep your fur baby on the same diet, then please bring along their own food, sometimes changing a dogs food suddenly, does not agree with their tummy!
Feel free to bring along something with the scent of home to make them feel more comfortable e.g. a blanket or toy.
We have absolutely everything else they may need and more for a fun-filled, comfy holiday with us.
