Book a Reservation

🐾POLITE NOTICE🐾

When you book boarding reservations online, we kindly ask that you book your reservation by 6pm the day BEFORE your check in, in order to give us enough notice so that we can manage our guests more efficiently.

We also request that any cancellations are given with at least 24 hour notice, so that we may make the limited space available to someone else.

We do not take deposits for reservations, so unfortunately, if you have 2 'no-show' appointments, we will no longer be able to accept bookings for your pooch.

VACCINATIONS

Our Vaccine requirements

Please ensure that your furry family member is all up-to-date with his/her vaccinations. We will ask for a photo of their vaccines before arrival.

Not only do we need to see proof of vaccinations, but we need to make sure they have all the required immunisations and are all in date.

We can only accept guests who have their annual boosters and kennel cough.

Kennel cough will need to be administered at least 14 days before arrival, as it is a live virus and is highly contagious.

We can not accept any guests without kennel cough or within 14 days of having it administered.
